2) Lunges – target all areas of the leg as well as hip stability.3) Bench Press – works your chest , shoulders, triceps and biceps.

4) Tricep Dips – keep your elbows close to your body for the most balance, but also works all muscle groups in your arm/upper arm.

5) Bent Over Rows – helps with core strength as well as back strength.

6) Dumbbell Bicep Curls – works out the biceps, forearms, and shoulders muscles.

7) Pull Ups (hand on chin bar)- targets the upper back, trapezius and rhomboids.

8) Dumbbell Kick Backs – works the whole back of your body.

9) Lat Pull Downs (machine)- targets the latissimus dorsi, deltoids and traps of the shoulders.

10) Leg Extensions – works all muscles in the legs as well as biceps and tricep/forearm strength.

11) leg Presses – lower back and core strength.

12) Seated Calf Raises- helps with calf strength

The Pros and Cons of Doing Exercises Before a Botox Injection
